Perinatal Services BC and the Office of Virtual Health would like to ask you confidential questions in this survey to evaluate the mockup of the Perinatal and Newborn Health Hub (the Hub), which is a clinical resource hub designed specifically for perinatal and newborn health professionals in British Columbia. It aims to make current and evidence-based clinical resources in perinatal and newborn care easily accessible to support and guide health professionals in providing high-quality, standardized care for pregnant women/individuals, their newborn and their family.
Survey results will help us understand how to improve the Hub concept and design to ensure it is tailored to your needs.
If you do the survey, you are consenting (agreeing) to participate. Completion of the survey is voluntary.
It will take about 20 minutes to review the Hub mockup and to complete the survey. A video version of the Hub mockup demonstration can be accessed here.
The deadline to complete this survey is Sptember 2, 2022.
